Our client are a rapidly growing company that needs an experienced and enthusiastic Finance Assistant who can contribute to the internal Finance Services Group.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Joining the Finance team of 4, responsible for Accounts Payable, Treasury and Management Accounts. Processing and paying staff expenses on Sage, processing supplier invoices, approvals and payments, handling queries and monthly reconciliations, raising purchase orders, weekly bank reconciliations for 7 bank accounts, posting daily bank transactions, raising and posting journals, prepayments and accruals, fixed assets and depreciation journals and intercompany reconciliations.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
The ideal candidate will be professional, clear thinking and positive under pressure, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Experience of Sage Line 50 desirable but not essential.
