The role
Our Service treats every case on its own merit, using our criteria as an intelligent guide, not an insurmountable hurdle which means that our Underwriters and intermediary customers, at times need a little extra support in processing Mortgage applications. Our Case Managers provide administrative support to the Underwriting team, assessing supporting documents submitted for mortgage applications and coordinating information to ensure we have everything we need to lend to our customers with confidence. What you will bring
You will have experience within a lending environment, ideally secured lending or residential mortgages with hands on knowledge of lending processes, systems and policies. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and you will not only be able to build rapport and communicate effectively but solve problems and make decisions based on their best interests.
