Amber Mace has an exciting, new Regional Support Manager opportunity to cover 9 homes within the M25. Our client has recently acquired 9 fantastic care homes in the inner London area and are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Regional Support Manager to assist the Regional Manager in maintaining and governing these. The care homes provide exceptional care to elderly residents, some of whom are living with Dementia.

I am looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager who can assist the Regional Manager in ensuring high standards of care and implementing continuous improvements throughout the care homes.

As the Regional Support Manager, you will work alongside the Regional Manager in overseeing and supporting the home managers. The Regional Support Manager will assist in providing guidance to allow the care home managers to carry out their roles effectively.

As the Regional Support Manager, you will possess excellent analytic and decision-making skills. You will be dedicated to providing support to the Regional Manager and ensuring that the homes are providing the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities & Duties of the Regional Support Manager:
• Overseeing in part of 9 residential care homes.
• Achieving and maintaining care standards that comply with the Care Quality Commission.
• Supporting and maintaining effective performance management
• Promoting good practice standards and assisting Care Home Managers in the implementation of these
• Contributing to the strategic development of the organisation

Qualifications & Skills of the Regional Support Manager:
• Own Transport essential
• Able to adapt to challenging situations
• RGN qualified ideal, but not essential
• 3 years nursing home management experience
• Excellent Communication/Organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
• Motivated, flexible, hardworking and dynamic
