Appoint Group VacancyJob Title: Staff Nurse - RMN / RGN / RNLDLocation: Deal, KentSalary: £15.07 per hour (£29,300 per annum), which increased to £15.55 per hour (£30,300 per annum) after probation period and up to £20.52 per hour for bank holidays etc.Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available depending on preferenceShifts: Days and Nights, Earlies and LatesContract: PermanentFurther details: We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated Registered Nurse to work on a permanent basis within a very reputable Nursing Home in Deal, Kent. The service provides lifelong residential and respite care for people with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities and provides a high standard of support to their families. The Home Manager is passionate about providing top quality care to their residents and expects the best from their team. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering tailor-made activities and care programmes in an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.We welcome applications from newly-qualified nurses. The Manager can accommodate both part time and full time hours. There is a mixture of early, late and night shifts for this position and you will need to be flexible with your shifts. Your shifts will be booked 1 month in advance to ensure that you can plan around your shifts.Job Specification: Your main purpose is to promote the health and social well-being of residents of this service through the provision of compassionate, person-centred care and excellent clinical skills. You will also have a responsibility for supervising, motivating and supporting a small team of Support Workers. Applications will be held in the strictest confidence.Person Specification: Applicants must be either RGN, RNLD or RMN trained and qualified, holding a valid PIN. More experienced nurses are ideally sought for.
