We are currently looking for a QC Senior Technologist to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Wiltshire area. As the QC Senior Technologist you will be responsible for the development and stability testing of biopharmaceutical products along with undertaking chemical and biochemical analysis while maintaining GMP standards. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the QC Senior Technologist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. You will be responsible for testing raw materials and products to ensure they meet specifications established in the product license. 2. As the QC Senior Technologist you will record and analyse QC and stability testing as well as writing quality records such as non-conformances and SOP`s. 3. You position will involve deputising for the QC Analytical Unit Manager and other QC Senior technologists when required to ensure high standards are met. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QC Senior Technologist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history: 1. Relevant degree or masters in Chemistry or Biochemistry or similar discipline with proven industry experience carrying out stability testing on raw materials and writing/updating quality documents such as non-conformancies and Standard Operating Procedures. 2. Proven industry experience in a GMP environment and a working knowledge of ICH, EP and USP. Previous experience using analytical techniques such as HPLC, gel-electrophoresis and enzyme analysis may be beneficial to your application.
