SYK Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a 40 bedded North-Leeds care home.


The CQC rated “good" home offers specialist nursing care to young adults with brain injuries, neurological conditions and disability care needs in addition to providing some general elderly nursing care.


As Home Manager you will manage staff, budgets and resources whilst coordinating the day to day clinical and operational management of the home, ensuring an effective and efficient service is maintained.


Applicants for this Home Manager post should meet the following criteria:



NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN
Have completed a recognised care management qualification such as the Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4/QCF Level 5
Experienced managing a nursing home, with a proven track record of success
Demonstrate good knowledge of CQC essential standards and best practices


As Home Manager you will be contracted to a 40-hour week, worked primarily on day shifts with some flexibility required due to the seniority of the post.


The annual salary offered is in the region of £45,000 to £52,000 depending on experience.
