My Client is looking for a Senior Chef De Partie / Junior Sousthat has Hotel / Fine Dining Restaurant experience to support the Junior Sous/ Sous and Head delivering his outstanding quality of service that has rated top in all The Good Food Guides. Food is Rosette standard.
Located in the historic town, this beautiful boutique hotel is a mixture of modern and rustic. This is a fantastic hotel for relaxation, business meetings, private dining and Weddings. The popular restaurant serves a British fusion menu, and Afternoon teas.

The Job Role.....
As a Senior Chef De Partie/ Junior Sous Chef you will be reporting to the Junior / Sous Chef assisting the brigade in the smooth running of daily operations.preparation of high quality food ensuring the highest standards are met at all times, in line with company regulations. Being a team player with a flexible nature to be able to assist colleagues and training chefs.
You will gain great experience as a Chef De Partie in all function areas of a busy Hotel with banqueting and fine dine restaurant service.
Your Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie....
Striving towards quality & consistency in a busy environment to Rosette standard cooking,
Maintain Health & Hygiene standards as company regulations dictate
Flexible, work in a team and be able to work on various sections within the kitchen.
Adaptable to a changing environment and be able to react with speed whilst maintaining standards, with a cool demeanor.
The ideal Chef De Partie....
·Minimum 2yrs in a Hotel or restaurant environment
·Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with fine dine
·Flexible approach as there will be a requirement to work on a shift basis, including evenings & weekends.
·Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive can do attitude.
·Passionate about the industry, with good knowledge of the Hotel industry.
·Creative flair with a passion for progression to go from Chef De Partie to Sous Chef.
·Ultimately team player, with a reliable and caring attitude.
·Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
Salary: 18,000 – 18,000.
