Russell Oakley is recruiting for a Renal Clinical Nurse to join a medical device company, working homebased with travel in the Midlands, on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role will be to:
- Present and demonstrate the company's device at their assigned dialysis units.
- Work closely with Sales establishing and maintaining relationships with nurses and nephrologists in support of the company's business and sales objectives across the Midlands.

Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting and demonstrating the company's device to prospective customers and stakeholders in the NHS.
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships with renal teams in hospitals and satellite units.
- Providing training and education through the company's training programme to key individuals, customers and patients.
- Remaining vigilant to developing trends in the dialysis market providing feedback to enable continuous improvement on the device.
- Organising and executing customer visits.
- Generating device related training material and professionally educating nurses and clinical staff to safely and competently use the device.
- Gathering and distributing market intelligence and competitor knowledge.
- Potential to assist Sales and Marketing training sessions around Europe.
- Enhancing the clinical knowledge of external and internal stakeholders.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Nursing degree with an active PIN
- Renal experience, ideally with haemodialysis experience or a ICU experience with renal/ CRRT experience.
- Industry experience would be preferable
- Proficient in clinical training and teaching, as well as being able to communicate at all levels with nurses and consultants.
- Demonstrate a high level of collaboration with departmental team members and cross-functionally across the business.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Happy to work away from home and under pressure.
