We have a fabulous opportunity for two Part Time Receptionists to join us here at Sunrise Senior Living based in our Support Office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire -in the heart of the Chiltern Valley yet commutable distance to central London. The two part time Receptionists will either work 2.5 day weeks, or either mornings / afternoons 5 days per week. As the Receptionist, you provide the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise Support Office. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and general administrative duties. Responsible for: Answering and forwarding external/internal telephone callsGreeting visitors and in a timely manner letting the relevant team member know their visitor has arrived. Managing the Visitors Book and handing out/receiving visitor badges. Providing refreshments. Keeping reception area tidy and professionalManaging the meeting room bookings and cancellationsResponsible for maintaining complaints folders and following complaints proceduresPreparing PowerPoint presentation slidesMaintaining weekly whereaboutsAPIM invoice coding and submissionsSorting incoming and franking outgoing post. Arranging couriers.Maintaining and updating internal telephone directoryFiling and any other ad hoc administration duties, as required.
