I am recruiting for a Registered Scheme Manager to join my client and work from their modern service in the Harrow area of North West London.This role will involve you taking responsibility for the domiciliary care that is provided on a 24/7 basis within this extra care provision.The purpose built building currently supports people over the age of 60 years old that live within one and two bedroomed self-contained flats.Alongside a very competitive basic salary, the appointed Manager will be rewarded with;- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays- Life assurance- Contributory company pension- Dental cover- Private healthcare- Company discount scheme*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is essential The Position:This service was only recently registered with CQC so has not yet had a full inspection. Your role will very much involve the preparation for this impending visit alongside other duties to include;- Take responsibility for the care and support that is provided within this scheme- Register with CQC in order to hold the Registered Manager title for the service- Make sure that all appropriate shifts are covered- Work alongside the Regional Manager for the locality and report any updates or concernsThe Person: - Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as minimum - Management experience within supported living/residential care/extra care is essential - Good working knowledge and understanding of CQC - Dynamic and able to hit the ground running - Strong leadership skills Interested?
