Pembridge Palliative Care Centre is a specialist NHS Palliative Care Centre based in the grounds of St Charles Centre for Health and Well Being in North Kensington, London.We have a fixed term opportunity for a Specialty Doctor in Palliative Medicine for an 9 month period, with the possibility of extension. This is a part time 6 session post with a 1 in 4 on-call commitment. The post-holder will join a well-established and dynamic multidisciplinary Palliative Care Team with 2 consultant, 2 specialty doctors, an FY1 doctor and a part time GP VTS.The Pembridge Palliative Care Centre has 13 in-patient beds, an active day hospice, community team and education Centre and is part of CLCH NHS Trust, Providing services to central London.Full GMC registration, broad postgraduate medical experience, excellent communication skills, previous experience in Palliative Care, MRCP or equivalent desirable.
