We support people with complex health needs as well as physical & learning disabilities. Most people we support enjoy music based activities. We are a very busy home supporting with activities and day services. Our staff will tell you although they are busy it is a very homely fun environment to work. Some of the activities we support people to do are; Hydrotherapy, Ice skating, Theatre/Cinema Trips, Day Centres, Disco's, Bowling, Baking as well as Music Based activities. NEW - Sector leading sleep in rate, earn up to £75* *This will be dependent on age and length of shift, please speak to the recruitment for further information The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
