Using a wide variety of technical and sector-specific skills, the Risk Consulting division helps clients increase profits whilst reducing reputational, operational, financial and other risks. They are experienced in managing diverse issues including fraud, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks and modelling, capital efficiency, corporate governance, dispute resolution, deriving value from contracts and much more. The team is part of the Risk Consulting division within the firm, one of the key areas identified for major investment and growth.

The Role
We are looking for a talented individual to join their cyber security team, responsible for assessing, developing and delivering complex and innovative solutions whilst reducing reputational, operational, financial and other risks for their clients.

You will have:

·A strong understanding of current cyber threat landscape

·Experience of developing cyber risk frameworks

·Experience of implementing cyber risk models into client organisations

·Experience of designing and implementing cyber metrics

·Experience in at least one of the cyber security domains of strategy, transformation, governance or Identity & Access Management

·Proven ability to analyse problems, identify core issues and recommend appropriate solutions

·Strong design and implementation experience of cloud, consumerisation, network architecture, middleware & integration, service oriented Architecture (SOA), end user computing, RESTFUL API architecture.

·Experience with design and architecture reviews, secure software development and risk assessments

·Knowledge of networking protocols, cryptography, enterprise database technologies, enterprise infrastructure and platform technology, cloud technology

·Strong knowledge of the security service providers and vendors in the market place.

·Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Experience and Background

·Degree level qualified

·Recognised cyber security qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, M. Inst IISP, ISO27001, PCI DSS, COBIT etc.)

·Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

·Strong negotiation and project management skills
