Service Delivery Manager
My client are a national executive search and selection firm based in Central London. They are looking to expand their Senior Support division and appoint a Service delivery Manager to take hold of several of their key accounts and manager a small team of project administrators.
This is a fantastic role for you if you have previous Account management and people management skills.
Duties of a Service Delivery Manager include;·Managing a team of 4 Project Support Executives across the Leeds and London offices·Responsible for managing key account SLAs and KPIs·Working closely with Civil Service accounts on the training and development team·End to end project management from client request through to candidate placement·Liaising with all internal teams to co-ordinate resource for key accounts·Monitoring all accounts and time scales internally for clients·Handle all client contracts and sign off where appropriate·Provide fee earner support where necessary·Managing a team work load to support clients and fee earners
As a Service Delivery Manager you will have the following experience and key skills;·Previous management experience is essential·Account management experience is required·Strong inter-personal skills are key·You will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages·Ideally have worked within a Public sector or civil service organisation
Permanent – Circa £40,000 + bonus + benefits – Central London
