We are looking for a Supported Living Registered Manager to be based across the south-west of England from Bristol to Taunton.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of care & support services for the supported living homes we run South West England. You will ensure services are delivered in a way that puts people we support at the centre of their care and promotes rights, choice, dignity and diversity.

Your clients will include those with mental health and learning disabilities as well as some acquired brain injuries.

Due to the location and sites included, your must be able to drive with a full clean driving licence, and have your own car. You will be provided with a phone and laptop.

Your standard working hours are between 8 to 4, or 9 to 5, but you will need to be flexible as per the needs of the clients.

There is LOTS of support, mentorship and training available for this role so the correct candidate will not be thrown into the deep end and will be given all the tools needed to succeed.

You will ensure the designated service meet all organisational and statutory requirements and that the service is delivered in compliance with Care Quality Commission Guidelines (CQC), and will be expected to take on the role of registered CQC Manager.

The perfect candidate will hold a Health & Social Care Level 5, be a people person while also possessing strong management / leadership experience.
