Our client is a very exciting Virtual Reality company who are looking for a support analyst to join their fast growing team.

The role itself offers plenty of opportunity for expansion and houses strong growth opportunities.

The main activities of this role are:

- You will be first port of call for anything that cannot be answered by fact sheets or standard tasks.

- Creating fact sheets to publish on regular issues that are being raised.

- Working with the development teams to work through issues/ bugs and feature requests to ensure they are handled correctly according to standard SLAs.

- Getting out to all our clients to ensure their requirements are being met and that they feel delighted with customer support

- Ability to immerse yourself in clients' issues to ensure maximum support is given.

- Responsible for choosing and implementing the internal support system.

- You will support in the hiring of other staff to perform this role in parallel as my client expands.... possibly internationally.

- creating a whole suite of training assets - online webinars, online videos, group face to face training material and any change management material needed by their clients


- You MUST have experience within a Software House or IT Company

- Application Support Experience is preferred
