Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this Award Winning Boutique 4* Hotel based in the New Forest in Hampshire to deliver exceptional customer service for guests dining in their 3 AA Rosette Restaurant.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating your team of staff, co-ordinating rotas, stock control, maintaining three AA Rosette standards and complying with Health & Safety requirements. You will ensure your team provides a professional and efficient service, with the aim of always exceeding customer expectations. This role offers the variety of working in the fine dining Restaurant alongside private functions and weddings, afternoon tea and events such as their Jazz Lunch etc.

The position is full time working 5 out of 7 days a week and your own transport is essential to reach the hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at an award winning hotel and restaurant, and would suit someone looking to make use of their existing skills and to further develop their hospitality career. The ideal candidate will have management experience in a three or four star hotel with a focus on fine dining plus be well presented and possess first class communication skills. The role would suit someone with a strong Food & Beverage background, who is an adaptable team player with proven leadership qualities.
