My client is a Globally established Brand Communications and Deployment Agency, they are currently looking for a Digital Traffic Manager to join the team and be responsible for executing:
-Digital Advertising campaigns
-Email Campaigns
-Digital OOH projects
All whilst working closely with the Head of Digital and the Operations Manager.

You will serve as a technical and project management lead for the department, aiding in decision-making regarding systems, process improvements, training, developing workflows.

- Work collaborative with the Head of Digital, Senior Traffic Manager, and Account Leads to support in the development of project plans, from brief to deliverable (project plan, objectives, key milestones, timelines and schedules)
-To implement communication and planning systems across the agency to ensure accurate and timely communication of digital resourcing needs, including daily changes to requirements
-Implement changes or updates as required to the traffic systems, to ensure the agency is supported by the best and most appropriate system to fit needs
-Be an inspiring role model through presence and actions

Required skills/experience:
-Proven experience in managing resources and projects in a Digital Agency (production, advertising, marketing), or similar environment
-Strong knowledge of managing digital deliverables (HTML5, EMAIL etc.)
-A confident clear communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders with the strength of character to push back when necessary
Highly organized and strong multi-tasker
Excellent fire fighting skills
-Strong understanding of the Company?s market and business environment and how it impacts business decisions
-Strong understanding of effective Digital Design practices across various routes to market or mediums
