Stephanie Maccioni is looking for a Senior Clinical Programmer to join our client, an innovation driven Pharmaceutical company. This role will be based on-site in Hertfordshire.

Main duties and responsibilities:
-Leads and/or contributes to the development of the clinical study database and all components. This will be in collaboration with the Study Data Manager, who provides the core specifications.
-Leads and/or contributes to the development of reports and visualizations outputs for data cleaning, clinical narratives and reconciliation activities. This in collaboration with the Data Manager and other customers
-Leads and/or contributes to the development of data transformation programs, including specifications according to CDISC and data tabulation standards
-Provides coaching and mentoring to clinical programming colleagues
-Provides timely feedback to individuals and Management, and seeks ongoing feedback for personal development
-Manages Clinical Programming deliverables, including timelines, risks and coordination of cross-functional tasks with strong understanding of downstream processes and stakeholder needs and impacts
-Identifies Clinical Programming related issues appropriately and addresses corrective action plans
-Evaluates the impact of risks, develops and implements mitigation plans at study level

Key requirements:
-BA/BSc degree or equivalent and moderate industry-related experience
-Moderate practical and theoretical expertise within his or her discipline
-Significant experience with RAVE/SAS/STDM
-Candidates will also have: c# R or Python language
-In-depth understanding of the business of his or her discipline and the wider CDM organization
-Experience in mapping SDTM is essential
