Churchill is a 53 bed mental health rehabilitation service for men in London, dedicated to providing a high quality environment dedicated to promoting long-term recovery.
At Churchill we have created exceptional spaces that aid in the overall rehabilitation of the people in our care. From the high specification of every en-suite bedroom to the spacious communal areas designed to meet the needs of people in our care.
In order for our service users to make a positive difference to their lives, re-integration into the wider community remains at the heart of the work we undertake with our service users. Equally, our service users also work in partnership with the community, giving something back by taking part in local projects and community groups. We choose the location of our services to provide every opportunity for our service users to learn and live as independently as possible.

In this role you will:

• Oversee the effective admission/discharge of Patients

• Ensure all social and health needs are assessed and risks evaluated

• Be responsible for the implementation of risk assessments

• Take responsibility for Patient / staff meetings, including CPAs; Handovers; Tribunals and Ward rounds

We're looking for people who:

• Have knowledge of the Mental Health Act

• Are a Registered Mental Nurse/Registered Nurse Learning Disability (current pin number)

• Have a minimum 18 months’ post registration development

• Have acute, rehabilitation, forensic and/or secure psychiatry experience

• Have evidence of functioning in a supervisory role as a clinician in a similar setting within a multi-disciplinary team.
