Our client is seeking a candidate to join their business in an Internal Sales Administration position.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm and salary is £22,000 - £30,000 per annum according to experience.
Although our client is flexible in terms of years of experience it is essential that the candidate has knowledge/experience in the client's industry. Perhaps you have studied engineering, have an understanding of nuts and bolts and want to put your studies into practice?
Working with a team of four you will take incoming calls from customers regarding enquiries and orders whilst working alongside warehouse staff and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will possess excellent communication, administration skills and be computer literate.
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Create customer quotations
- Ensure stock is available via the warehouse and suppliers
- Process orders on the internal system
- Other adhoc administration duties
- May and Christmas bonus
- Monthly lunch bonus
- Onsite parking
