Your New Company
This technology driven company are seeking 2 additional .Net developers to join their experienced delivery team based in Poole right on the Southern coastline.
You must have a strong level of knowledge in C# and SQL and be passionate about building software utilising the .Net framework. They are prepared to hire either Asp.Net or MS Desktop developers.
Your New Role
These are predominantly hands-on positions working to launch and deliver key development projects, all of which are bespoke, for a variety of high level customers. Interaction and exchanges with these customers form an important part of these roles and we would expect to see someone capable of running a project through the entire SDLC including requirements analysis.
There are good progression opportunities internally due to the size and nature of the business to promote from within. As the company grows a team lead position is realistic but your passion now should remain with core development work. You will be joining a business with a proven track record and excellent retention rates in the local area. The company have received multiple awards for their work and take pride in looking after their staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be fluent in C# and have a knowledge of SQL that extends beyond fundamental concepts. A background on Winforms projects would be useful but we are seeking engineers that follow modern design patterns and Agile principles such as TDD, DDD.
It is essential that you are a strong communicator as knowledge shares and collaboration are part of the daily routine.
