We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Digital Communications Data Analyst.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead virtual cross functional teams comprising of participants from local business, Digital as a Channel (DaaC) and global IT
  • Undertake tasks in line with User Centred Design methodology, across both the manufacture and deployment environment supporting convergence
  • Lead and undertake in-depth analysis to drive out 'best in class' digital messaging to ensure sales and excellence in service across digital channel experience
  • Source and interpret data/insight to underpin the design of digital messaging for both manufacture and deployment
  • Lead the definition and scope of analysis activity for digital messaging initiatives
  • Lead or participate in digital proposition development at the global level

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant knowledge of digital messaging consumer focused business
  • Experience working in relevant environment/s
  • ability to create and deploy comprehensive and result-orientated business/operating plan
  • experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Digital Tracking software tools such as Adobe Analytics, Web Trends, Tableau
