Leading Digital Media Agency seeking an Ad Ops Campaign Manager to lead a team of trafficking specialist and manage the Ad Operations campaigns, trafficking and technology. You will also be responsible for the identification and adoption of ad-tech tools as well as data governance across all EMEA client’s digital activity. This is a pivotal role within our rapidly growing team of experienced specialists and must support senior Ad Ops Directors.

Your team will be responsible for ensuring new campaigns and tag deployments are completed on time as well as support the planners and publishers ensure campaigns are correctly deployed and troubleshoot Ad operation issues.

  • Contribute to generation of conversion (Floodlight) tagging strategy
  • Ensure campaigns are set up
  • Solve Ad operation issues
  • Working with Head of AdOps EMEA run training sessions for the Ad Ops team
  • Advise Planner/Buyers/Clients on ad operations related issues
  • Provide scheduled reports in Excel and campaign dashboard deployment
  • Lead a team of 5 trafficking specialists
  • Bulk trafficking templates
  • Trafficking multi-placement/multi-ad campaigns
  • Able to troubleshoot mainly HTML5 and javascript common tag errors
  • Built HTML5 banners (DCM compatible)
  • Build Dynamic creative in Google Web Designer
  • Ad servers (DCM/DFA, Sizmek, Atlas, Flashtalking, Ad Science, Mediamind or MOAT)
  • Experience in trafficking rich media and Dynamic Creative
  • Experience working with web analytics code such as GA, Omniture or Webtrends
  • Excel (Pivot tables and formula)
  • Basic HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
