About the Role

We are looking for a talented retail managers to take the lead driving our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Concession Manager, you will become a Brand Ambassador whilst managing the concession and staff in your Manager’s absence. You will be responsible for the day - to - day operations of the concession, driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service and people management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fully responsible for all operations and administration in the Concession Manager’s absence

  • Ensuring the team are consistently providing exceptional service to all our customers, leading by example at all times

  • Driving the team to reach sales targets and actively seek opportunities to increase sales

  • Supporting the team in building on going relationships with our customers through Clienteling

  • Ensuring all operational processes are delivered accurately and efficiently, including providing personalisation services (full training provided), always looking for ways to improve

  • Supporting the Concession Manager in creating a caring and supportive working environment, where training and coaching is prioritised
