Permanent Staff Nurse vacancies in Central ManchesterFemale Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Leading Regional Provider A purpose-build and modern recovery treatment centre in central Manchester has some exciting opportunities for Staff Nurses who are both experienced and genuinely interested in providing person-centred, compassionate nursing care to vulnerable service users. My client offers an attractive salary (based on years' worth of experience) alongside a competitive benefits package, and expects all successful Nurses to work on a rota of days, nights and weekends. Up to 25 females are able to be treated at this service, and have histories of long-standing mental health conditions, inabilities to manage stress and difficulties in socialising. My client adopts a recovery-focused psychosocial approach, and treats each service user as an individual, where care centres on their specific conditions and needs. The main aim at the service is to equip individuals with the necessary skills, resources and knowledge to be able to overcome adversities, their fears and difficulties, thereby ensuring they can lead independent lives.
