Support Engineer

Support Engineer / Support Analyst needed for a growing eCommerce Retail company in South West London. You'll be the first person joining a growing in-house team working closely with the eCommerce Director. My client is looking for a Support Analyst to help them reduce their dependency on their 3rd parties as they look to add Support knowledge internally. The selected candidate will be a career minded person looking to move into an IT Manager position asap, the following skills are required:

  • 2 years minimum in a fast paced support environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (2010+)
  • Good communication skills
  • Always looking to implement efficient processes
