CRM Systems Analyst
Our client has a vacancy for a CRM System Analyst to support the roll out and improvement of the CRM system.In addition, you will support the data quality and issue handling of CRM and directly related systems.
User, lead and contact management in CRM system
Cleaning and update of data in CRM system
Support on issue handling and administrative project tasks related to the CRM system and its development
Create and support reports on the CRM system
Support other systems where needed
User training on CRM system and new functionality.
To develop new and further enhance existing skills to own benefit and benefit of the company
To support and help develop skills
To provide out of hours operational support, on an agreed basis
Minimum of 2 years practical experience
Base knowledge of CRM systems
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel)
Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Good understanding of sales processes and how CRM system interacts in the sales
Self motivated with the ability to work independently and reliably
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people on all levels
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach to work
Ability to work accurately under pressure and deliver outcomes within tight timescales
