Service Desk | Helpdesk | IT Support | 1st Line | 2nd Line | applications | Windows | Active Directory

Service Desk / Helpdesk Support Engineer is required by a global, reputable business on an initial 2 month contract based in Reading to support users across the business.

Excellent customer service skills and an ability to support various applications are key along with good knowledge in the following:
- Windows 7 OS
- Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
- Active Directory
- HP Service Manager
- Skype for Business (formally known as Lync)
- CuciLync
- Skype Room Systems
- Cisco Video Conferencing
- Cisco VPN client
- Airwatch
