Engineer (After Sales Support)

Providing high quality bathroom and plumbing products to Middle Eastern Markets, our client has an exclusive & extensive product portfolio and a solid track record of growth over the last 20 years.

An opportunity has arisen for an Engineer to join their After Sales and Technical team. This varied and hands-on role will involve manufacturing order requests such as display boards and final finishing of products.

The successful Engineer will be required to carry out service calls, fit products in showrooms and at customer sites, and meet contractors to resolve installation queries. You will also assist Customer Services by offering technical knowledge and giving technical advice to customers.

After Sales Support Engineer Skills and Experience

  • Existing knowledge of bathroom products is essential
  • Plumbing Apprenticeship trained or time-served plumbing knowledge an advantage
  • Have experience involving product display and shop-fitting capabilities
  • Must be able to carry out display work to a very high standard
  • Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Good understanding of products (including competitor products)
  • Possess good general IT knowledge, with the ability to create and report issues and log information regarding service calls

The After-Sales Support Engineer will also need to be technically minded with a practical approach to problem solving. They should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to help others.
