In addition to many other benefits you will get the chance to work with state of the art technology and world leading Consultants.Job DescriptionThe position of Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high quality nursing through assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care for patients within the new Adult Outpatients Team. The role will require effectively working within the team, as well as being confident working independently. The successful candidate will promote a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care and the services offered within the Adult Outpatients Team.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week opening Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm moving to a 7 day service in the future.
The salary scale for this position is £31,630 - 35,822

Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient and family needs.Act as a clinical role model for all members of staff, demonstrating best practice at all times.Drive high standards of care, assisting with promoting development initiatives.Undertake extended roles such as IV cannulation and phlebotomy.Promote a learning environment at all times.Skills & ExperienceRGN with valid NMC PINExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management and prioritization skillsPhlebotomy skills are desirableAbout The IndividualThe successful candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic, flexible attitude and be willing to learn from those around them, whilst contributing towards a best practice environment.
