This Commercial Director opportunity exists to drive our ambitious PE backed growth plan in to 2018 and beyond.

Detailed Job Description

As Commercial Director your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Running a complex, multi-site contact centre operation.
  • Implement KPI's for each team to encourage a Best Practice environment.
  • Sales strategy formation- trend analysis, forecasting, target setting.
  • Budget management.
  • Ensuring our marketing strategy is constantly up to date, enabling us to be in front of as many of customers as possible at any point.
  • Marketing- lead generation, e-commerce, customer profiling and brand awareness.
  • Design and implement performance standards to be consistently applied across all customer facing channels
  • Actively responsible for embedding position change to internal KPIs ie. absence, attrition, recruitment, on-boarding and length of service.
  • Provide leadership and direction to our senior team, setting clear performance standards.
  • Embrace change and align resources to priorities.
  • Manage to externally bench-marked practices and market leading practices.

Candidate's Profile

As Commercial Director you will be required to demonstrate that you are/have;

  • An experienced salesperson with a proven track record in managing an internal sales team selling a product/service over the telephone.
  • An understanding of how to motivate and extract results within a KPI led environment.
  • A track record or exposure to a consumer led marketing business.
  • Business to Business and Business to Consumer Sales Experience
  • A target driven individual who thrives on individual and team success
  • Outstandingly professional at all times.
  • An understanding of the workings of a PE backed business and the mind-set to succeed within this sort of environment.
  • Experience of working within a regulated industry.
  • An understanding of Affiliate and Intermediary Partnerships
  • Extensive social/business networks with the ability to continually replenish and increase Intermediary/Affiliate partnerships.
  • Driving licence.
