Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant who is highly skilled and experienced to join their busy and expanding team within the manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate needs to be able to be proactive and confident to work on his or her own, as well as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements:

·Excellent spoken and written communication skills

·Numerical and IT skills, including Excel and other calculating software

The Job:

  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the Finance Manager
  • Help oversee and manage individual accounts
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
  • Assist the financial manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis
  • Adhere to the company's or organisation's financial policies and procedures
  • Answers enquiries and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
  • Assist with financial reporting to managers and senior executive
