Full-time contract role to start on 27-11-17 until 25-02-18 with a possible extension.

Job Purpose:

Working in a higher education establishment as a member of the professional support team the role holder will be responsible for providing Service Desk support to the client, staff and students.

Must have:

  • experience of working in a helpline desk environment
  • experience with Microsoft Office
  • flexibility of working hours
  • experience of using standard PC operations systems
