GENERAL MANAGER- NEW BUILD DEMENTIA HOME ( Interim contract 12-18 months)TROWBRIDGESalary: £55,000 -£60,000 A wonderful opportunity has become available for an experienced manager to join a very well established not for profit organisation in Trowbridge!This provider are looking for a caring and passionate individual with a background in newly commissioned nursing or residential homes to manage, plan and lead a care team to success.This role is at a state of the art 64 bed specialist residential dementia care centre, offering the opportunity for residents to live in luxury surroundings, with experienced care professionals on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week.This provider are recruiting a General Manager for 12-18 months. The role is to commission, manage and be the main person responsible for the smooth opening and running of the home.We are looking for an experienced home manager who has previous knowledge and experience in:
•Commissioning a new home.
•Business acumen including managing budgets.
•Marketing and increasing occupancy.
•Recruitment on a large scale.
•Managing and leading a new team, including team building.
•Ensuring the home is registered for and meets all necessary regulations including CQC standards.
•Strong knowledge in dementia care is also essential.As you will be a key member of the team, they will ensure you have all the training, support and tools required to be successful in your role. You can also expect benefits such as:
