Due to continuous growth, this business are looking to add an established and experienced assistant to their growing and dynamic conveyancing team in Suffolk. This is a great job opportunity for experienced candidates to develop their knowledge base and extensive legal skill set.

Your new role
As a conveyancing assistant you will be required to perform multiple day-to-day duties to support and increase the productivity and success of the internal legal teams
These duties include; Preparing correspondence and documentation for clients, completing Land Registry submissions, contact other professionals such as, lenders, lawyers or agents to update and amend profiles, prepare information and relevant documents for exchange and completion, deliver great customer service to clients both face-to-face and via telephone, maintain and improve industry specific knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have had recent residential conveyancing experience and have good knowledge of all residential conveyancing transactions. Additionally you will need to have strong communication skills both verbally and written, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a large caseload to deadlines.

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 p/a depending on experience. You will have access to a great working pension, life insurance and many other optional benefits that improve with the length of your service. This business have 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays and operate between the hours of 9 - 5 Monday to Friday. You will also be fully enrolled with the correct training modules to ensure any skill or knowledge gaps are filled to ensure you can be as successful as possible.
