The Role: Based in the Midlands, the successful Technical Sales Engineer will be selling capital equipment into industries including automotive, aerospace, steel and sheet metal firms, as well as large corporates and Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. This role is a great mix of account management and business development and you will be tasked with talking to production and engineering managers, shop floor operatives and business directors. The Company: We are currently recruiting a new Technical Sales Engineer for this growing manufacturer, as they expand their sales team. With a background stretching back to the 1960s, they produce a range of laser marking equipment for industrial applications. Now bringing out new products to consolidate their market leading status, this is a great time to be joining a progressive organisation with a hugely supportive management team.

For this Technical Sales Engineer position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales skills
  • You will ideally come from an electro-mechanical sales background
  • Experience in technical sales and an engineering background
  • Energetic candidates who can bring new ideas in will fit in well here
