On behalf of my global client I am recruiting for an exceptional Training Administrator to join their team in Warwick. The training administrator will be responsible for providing administration for training service for internal and external customers.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Production of Customer quotations for training courses. To include raising Customer Orders and invoicing within SAP.
2. Scheduling and co-ordination of all site internal and external training programs within SAP at the discretion of the Technical Training Manager.
3. Programme manage Customer Training Officers workload, to include creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associated networks to allow for Training officers to work book against customer contracts.
4. Create all SAP purchase requisitions and administer and monitor Purchase orders for indirect procurement of goods and services.
5. Provide an office administrative service for the Customer Training department.
6.Upgrade and expand the businesses selected training domain/management tool (TC Manager) to include open enrolment, regional product training seminars and online training materials for customers and service personnel

Key Skills
1.Strong Customer focus, polite and courteous and wiling to help with visitors demands, often in an unfamiliar language.
2. Awareness of different cultural requirements.
3. Must have good IT capability in the Windows based applications of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week. This is a temporary position for approximately 8 weeks.
