Graduate Learning Mentor - Person specification
For this role you must be a graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 class degree. You must be an enthusiastic individual who has empathy and resilience. You must have great communication skills and really feel passionate about supporting struggling pupils from a variety of socio-economic contexts. You will be given bespoke training and you will work alongside a supportive department within the school.

Graduate Learning Mentor - The role
This Learning Mentor position involves working in the warm and friendly inclusion team department where fresh ideas and knowledge will be essential to assisting teachers with planning and preparation. Your responsibilities will be to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and group sessions helping to improve confidence and attainment in a range of pupils who are of varying abilities.
