Senior Account Manager \ Account Director - Medical Communications/Education
Summary / Heading
An award winning Med Comms agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director level candidate to support a number of assigned accounts; building strong relationships with clients, providing direction and development to the project management teams and taking responsibility for client satisfaction.

You will be utilising excellent project management and strong interpersonal skills to manage your accounts teams whilst using expert communication to cultivate strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be using effective problem-solving skills to create inventive solutions to complex issues.

The SAM/AD is responsible for the overall development of communications programmes across global and UK clients so effective project and people management skills are essential. Expert communication and leadership skills are crucial, along with a motivated and enthusiastic approach to working.

This is a brilliant opportunity for candidates already working at a Senior Account Manager or Account Director level, or alternatively for a strong Account Manager candidate looking for the next step up. This role offers the successful candidate to be part of a supportive team in one of the top Medical Communications agencies.

Main Job Responsibilities:
* Devising and managing medical communications programmes.
* Taking overall responsibility for the health of assigned accounts.
* Directing, coaching and managing internal team members.
* Assisting with recruitment.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience managing medical communications/education accounts (currently working as AM+)
* Experience with line management within a medical communications agency.
* High level of people and project management.
* Leadership skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
