We are now recruiting for a graduate trainee to join our Financial Planning team in January 2018. A Financial Planner’s primary role is to advise individuals or organisations on how to meet their long term financial objectives by analysing their current circumstances and providing advice on how to achieve their goals. This can include but is not limited to advice on investment strategy, tax planning, retirement, estate planning and employee benefits.

We offer a training contract which provides comprehensive, supervised training over 30 months, with a manager as mentor and access to partners and senior staff for further guidance. A closely monitored and structured programme of tuition is provided in association with a professional training organisation. Training consists of internal training, private study, online training, regular exams, as well as on the job training.

When your training ends, we continue to help you develop, providing the same opportunities and challenges given to all Buzzacott Financial Planning team members. The training contract will provide you with the minimum level of qualifications and experience required in order to become a financial planner in the medium term or to take on other technical support roles.

As a single-office practice you will get to know everybody in the Firm and have the opportunity to shine from day one.
