A leading information technology organisation based in West Yorkshire

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for the end to end management, analysis and reporting on funnel data, funnel conversion rates, marketing contribution to revenue and other related metrics by leveraging the organisations CRM, marketing automation and other analytics and reporting systems

Responsibilities

  • End to end management, analysis and reporting on funnel data, funnel conversion rates, marketing contribution to revenue and other related metrics by leveraging the company's CRM, marketing automation and other analytics and reporting systems.
  • Establish and continuously improve standardised processes for the top of funnel lead life cycle including lead scoring, lead nurturing, email marketing, and lead.
  • In charge of building, segmenting and testing a comprehensive prospect database across industries and geographies based on, sales and marketing buyer persona definitions to support all outbound campaigns.
  • Coordinating the creation of the Group Marketing budget, liaising with Finance on budget and with Compliance as our risk champion

Personal Profile

  • Strong understanding of B2B lead/funnel models and theory, closed-loop reporting, principles of effective lead management and account-based marketing
  • Experience in B2B marketing operations preferably within the technology sector strong focus on CRM and marketing automation system integration, database development, analytics/ reporting.
  • Experience with directly implementing or managing lead/campaign processes in a marketing automation; also lead qualification
  • Experience of analytical funnel reporting using SFDC and Pardot data
  • Experience with data segmentation and best practice methods in database development through database vendors and organic methods; understanding of the data protection laws - GDPR
  • Strong understanding of the Sales Cycle and solid experience working in a commercial and revenue driven environment
