You`re a coach or trainer with over 2 years` experience who has also worked as a credit controller.

You`ll be developing new and existing employees through effective coaching and by actively encouraging achievement. You`ll also be covering workloads for credit control clerks when they are absent through sickness and holiday. Coaching is important to you; you know how important it is to help colleagues make the best of their skills.

You possess excellent Microsoft skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint to provide great demonstrations and are a whiz on the internet and using email. You are a great communicator - when you say something you get the message across clearly and confidently. Well organised you are more than able to plan activities in a working order and carry them out effectively. Sometimes something happens which upsets your well developed plans but you can think on your fee and change according to the situation.

So, what will you be doing I hear you ask? Here is a list for you:

Deliver effective coaching to all new employees during their 13 week probationary period

Attend weekly review meetings to discuss training and performance with all new employees during their probationary period

Create and deliver refresher training and best practice sessions to existing employees

Create and deliver development workshops to all Credit and Billing employees

Deliver training as and when needed for system changes and or upgrades

Provide cover of sickness/ holiday to all Credit and Billing departments as and when needed

Value and recognise the contribution of others through praise and recognition for good performance

Take actions to address shortfall in own performance and that of others

Work closely with the OJT Coordinator to gain knowledge, experience and support

Drive self-improvement, seizing opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge

Ensure consistency of Training Programmes for all departments

To create and maintain department training schedules

To participate in regular meetings with Bristol Management/Team Leaders to update/discuss OJT Role

Ensure ISO Flow Charts and kept up to date

Ensure training completed in accordance with agreed timescales and checklists

You`ll definitely have the following:

Have at least 2 years experience in coaching/ training

Prioritises tasks/training to ensure maximum benefit to the learner and business

So you`ll get a good wage at £28,700, 22 days holiday to start, rising to 24 after ten years` service
