It is essential that they you have nursing qualifications, Clinical Level 2 or 3 or HSC Level 2 or Level 3 along with some experience of delivering training to be considered for this post.

This is a superb FULL TIME opportunity, the successful candidates need to come from a Healthcare Support Workers/Healthcare Assistant background and have worked in Nursing Homes, Doctors surgeries or on Hospital wards.
It is essential that they have nursing qualifications, Clinical Level 2 or 3 or HSC Level 2 or Level 3 along with some experience of delivering training to be considered for this post.

Delivering a professional, high quality service to enrolled learners is key and is underpinned by quality procedures and Awarding Body requirements.
Key competencies for this post include:

- Needs to come from a Healthcare Support Workers/Healthcare Assistant background and have worked in Nursing Homes, Doctors surgeries or on Hospital wards. It is essential that they have nursing qualifications, Clinical Level 2 or 3 or HSC Level 2 or Level 3 along with some experience of delivering training to be considered for this post.
- Responsible for supporting learners through their specific apprenticeship training and assessment.
- To provide learners with impartial information, advice and guidance to help them make informed decision to help achieve their goals.
- Observing and assessing candidates in the workplace and providing feedback and guidance to ensure the learning standards are met.
- To keep accurate reports and learner records.
- Maintain own continuous professional development
- To ensure that the Clinical Care Qualification / Framework delivery is planned to meet the Company’s income target and contract.
- To ensure that learners complete their qualification within contracted timescales by applying effective time management systems for the learner.
- Prepare, agree and review assessment plans with each learner, create learner portfolios to agreed standards and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Examining Candidates portfolio of evidence and ensuring all standards are met. Setting further objectives to ensure standards are achieved.
- Signing off the award when all the achievements have been met.
- To fully comply with all aspects of the Prevent Duty and promote British values in all that we do.

Your application should be able to demonstrate:

- Existing and proven experience as a Trainer Assessor OR significant sector / industry experience at Team Leader / Manager level
- Existing and proven experience as a Trainer Assessor OR significant sector / industry experience at Team Leader / Manager level
- TAQA or A1 or equivalent assessor awards (if not already held to be achieved in post within agreed timescales)
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (if not already held to be achieved in post within agreed timescales)
- Role specific qualifications where specified / required (eg Finance – CeMAP, Recruitment – Certificate in Recruitment Practice, etc)
- Must hold a full, clean driving licence, have use of appropriate vehicle, and be prepared to travel as required by the location of learners and the business
