The Role:
Due to the continuing success and growth of the business, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle System Integration Engineer to join the team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our continuing expansion and work with our key customers. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Vehicle System Integration Engineer to develop new Chassis technologies for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of new and existing electrical systems into multiple environments such as prototypes
- System requirement capture and management
- System level testing in multiple environments such as lab car/ Hardware in Loop (HIL)/ development vehicle
- Create and maintain Design Validation Planning and Report (DVP & R)
- Develop and improve analysis processes and methodologies
- Support the Project Management with issue/ concern resolution and risk management
- Interface, develop and maintain good working relations with the supplier base
- Coordinate parts delivery where necessary to support system integration activities
- Support the test and development of new vehicle technologies in a HIL environment
- Support system level testing at proving grounds

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good knowledge of vehicle networks including CAN and Flexray
Deep understanding of testing against requirements
Experience of automotive systems such as Chassis/ Powertrain/ Body/ EV-Systems
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally on an occasional basis
Ability to work in a dynamic and growing team
Demonstrate strong customer, team & supplier management skills
Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure, managing time effectively under tight deadlines
Ability to identify key project attributes targets related to the role and support through the appropriate level of vehicle/system analysis
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio, Vector/ INCA/ dSpace/ MatLab tool-suites
Degree educated in a relevant field
Proving Ground License advantageous
