I am looking for a Training, learning and Development Manager to be employed on a permanent basis for my client in Northamptonshire.
About the company-
My client is a groundworks and reinforced concrete specialist and they are looking to add value to their already very successful business. They at a privately owned business and currently have a turnover exceeding £100m. Working on some of the UK's most iconic hi-rise reinforced concrete projects my client have cemented a place at the 'top table' of specialists in their field.
About the role-
You'll be responsible for employee management and troubleshooting, training and development and also will be involved in setting up a brand new training business. This could truly be an exciting opportunity with rewards in line with the key nature of the role.
Along with in-house staff vocational training you will have the fantastic challenge of building an external training business with you at the helm. There is potential of the construction of a new building to house this business should you prove successful.
It is essential that you have extensive experience within the construction/civil engineering industry as the role is specific to said industries.
Remuneration and rewards-
The basic salary on offer is between 40-60k along with the usual benefits of car/allowance, pension etc. There will also be a bonus scheme tied in to the success of the training business that my client is looking to build.
