The purpose of the role is to support sales individuals by identifying the skills and capabilities that are within them and enable them to use them to the best of their ability.

You will be responsible for assisting a groups of individuals to achieve key performance indicators (KPI) and helping them improve performance by reviewing sales quality
Key Responsibilities

·Be a Utilitywise role model and demonstrate our guiding principles

·Developing a consultative relationship with operational management team and other key stakeholders to provide best levels of service and develop trusted relationships

·Evaluate call quality and other relevant KPIs to identity performance opportunities and trends.

·Understand and able to demonstrate the Utilitywise sales process end to end

·Identify skill gaps and able to make recommendations to improve

·Create action plans for individuals & support individuals to achieve their individual business & personal goal and objectives

·Follow up on action plans and ensure completion of tasks

·Motivate individuals & groups of colleagues

·Understanding of key business drivers

·Lead coaching conversations

·Instil the correct sales habits and behaviours

·Provide consistent and timely feedback

·Ensure that compliance requirements are followed

·Attend monthly call calibrations with coaching team

·Attend monthly call calibration with coaching list

·Keep up to date with Utilitywise products and services

·Keep up to date with internal business processes

·Keep up to date with coaching standards and professional practices

·Monitor and track improvements & communicate at all levels to produce reporting

·Accurately complete all coaching admin and documentation

·Professionally represent the company at all times

Attend training, coaching and team meetings when necessary



·A minimum of 12 months experience in sales in B2B

·Knowledge of the energy industry

·Experience in working in a target and results driven environment


·Working knowledge of all Microsoft office software

·Background in Coaching and understanding of various coaching models

·Call Quality Assessor, Team Leader or senior telesales background
