CRM Campaign Developer (Uncia/SQL)

We are looking for an experienced Database Campaign Developer to join our growing and industry leading Interaction Delivery team based at our HQ in Staines - TW18 (Only 25 mins from Clapham). You will be responsible for delivering best next action campaign strategies within our Customer Data & Insights function.

You will be part of a team of CRM Campaign Specialists that develop targeted Best Next Action and Lifecycle campaign activity across multiple channels and brands. You will be responsible for developing best in class PEGA decisioning logic to deliver customer centric strategies for acquisition, growth and retention. You will implement optimisation recommendations to campaign strategies in order to manage trade-offs between volume and value, individual business units and enterprise, product and customer.
You will develop targeted real-time campaigns to drive a joined up set of inbound and outbound customer interaction strategies. With a very strong eye for detail, you will translate stakeholder briefs into varying complexity logic builds using key skills such as SQL in order to create coherent best next action strategies. You will also shape campaign efficiency by defining optimal audience segmentation, exclusions, contention cycles and application of new data sources to drive relevant customer interactions.
Our ideal team member will be someone that can quickly establish themselves as a proactive business partner with the ability to guide stakeholder decision making. You will need to demonstrate through your application not only your expertise within the field of CRM Database Marketing but also a natural curiosity to proactively question and investigate data. You will need to come from a solid CRM Campaign management background with significant experience of using industry leading CRM tools such as Unica, Teradata etc. and proven experience of driving best practice Campaign management techniques within a customer focused organisation or consultancy.
