Staff NurseBournemouthFull TimeSalary £26,000 - £29,000Our client is looking for a highly skilled Ward Nurse who has a passion to deliver exceptional Patient Care. You'll be part of a close-knit team headed by our matron, who provides the foundation and lead for our patient centred care. And, with our consultant-led service, you'll be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities. These are maintained to a high standard - we take great pride in our low infection rates and high CQC scoresYour key accountabilities will be:Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needsDelivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriateAssessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programmeThe hospital is set within beautiful grounds just outside the city centre, undertakes predominantly elective surgical procedures. The hospital has 38 en-suite in-patient bedrooms, 3 operating theatres, outpatient consultation and treatment facilities, excellent diagnostic facilities including CT and MRI and a dedicated chemotherapy unit.Nursing qualifications, skills and valuesAs a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience. Immediate / Advanced Life Support is desirable.Like us, you believe in putting people first.
