Responsibilities of the Junior Client Implementation Team – Analyst:

As a Client Implementation team member, the Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and managing tasks across a multi-disciplined team to ensure all operational information relating to an account event is received and systems are set up prior to account trading activity. Though the role is primarily operational it supports all the business units as this is a key part of the account event process. The role involves building strong internal relationships with key contacts, as well as other areas supporting the business, whilst driving excellent client service and working with industry counterparts and vendors to increase efficiency in the market

Requirements of the Junior Client Implementation Team – Analyst:

This is a highly interactive role and as such requires the capability to work effectively with a diverse range of professionals both internally and externally, covering a wide variety of products and functions. The main areas of responsibility will be:

  • Liaising with client’s appointed counter parties (custodian, prime broker etc.) to enable connectivity, establish operational flows and respond to service requests and inquiries
  • Interpret and determine Operational client requirements and service standards from legal documentation and business requirements supporting all account events
  • Facilitate the communication within Operations and assist in the approval of new clients and counter parties prior to trading activity

  • Coordinate controls and sign-offs both internally and externally
  • Apply process reengineering methodologies in executing strategies and tactical solutions
  • Identify and communicate the impact of business and client requirements and ensure set up in internal systems and processes
  • Develop relationships with client contact (internal & external) and relevant third parties (i.e. external legal counsel, transition manager, accounting agent, consultant, custodian, etc.) to ensure that Operations is providing the highest quality introductory experience throughout the implementation process
  • Assist in the launch of new products and instruments
  • Relationship management of third parties including performance metrics and issue tracking
  • Process and control analysis to ensure effective oversight and risk management
  • Participation in projects to enhance processes, automation of manual tasks and implement regulatory environment changes



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent years of professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and strong consensus builder


  • Minimum Previous experience in Operations and/or Financial Services industry
  • Previous experience in Asset Management On boarding
  • Demonstrate ability to partner across product groups, regions and functional responsibilities
  • Be a strategic thinker, possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions
  • Risk management focus
